A Study on the Impact of Technology Shock Awareness on Workplace Anxiety in the Digital Age:The Moderating Role of Paradoxical Thinking
In the digital age,the rapid development and change of technology has had a profound impact on the workplace environment and employees'psychological state.Based on the resource conservation theory and cognitive fit theory,this study explores the impact mechanism of technology shock awareness on workplace anxiety.A moderated mediation model was constructed by performing hierarchical regression and Bootstrap analysis on the two-stage questionnaire data of 1235 corporate employees.The results show that technology shock awareness has a positive impact on employees'workplace anxiety,and job insecurity plays a mediating role.In addition,paradoxical thinking has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between technology shock awareness and job insecurity,and also has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between technology shock awareness and workplace anxiety.This study reveals the mechanism of workplace anxiety,emphasizes the important role of paradoxical thinking in alleviating the insecurity and anxiety caused by technology shock,and provides a new perspective and feasible practical inspiration for organizational management practices in the digital age.
