"差序格局"视域下提高企业家精神的组态路径研究:基于NCA与fsQCA的混合分析

在实现中国式现代化的新发展格局背景下,如何提升企业家精神是一个重要问题.本文尝试从"差序格局"的角度,探究"个体-家庭-社会"三个不同圈层的社会关系对创业者的高企业家精神形成的影响.具体来说,本文通过202份问卷数据和案例深度剖析,使用NCA和fsQCA混合方法,从创业能力、角色认同与创业榜样三个层次的要素去探究提高企业家精神的有效组态.研究发现,三个层次的条件都不是提升企业家精神的必要条件.结合案例分析,本文总结了创业能力驱动、家庭角色驱动和社会榜样驱动三条有助于提升企业家精神的有效路径.本文发现每个圈层主导的组态都会对企业家精神形成产生均等的效应,创业者在创业能力上的"行不行"、在角色认同上的"想不想"、在社会观念上的"好不好"会等效驱动提升企业家精神.本研究结论丰富了企业家精神提升机制的研究,并为提升企业家精神提供有针对性的建议.
How to Enhance Entrepreneurship?--Based on a Mixed Methods of NCA and fsQCA by the Perspective of"the Differential Mode of Association"
Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the path to Chinese modernization.Based on the perspective of"the Differential Mode of Associations",this paper attempts to explore the mechanism how to enhance individual entrepreneurship,by integrating factors of entrepreneurial ability,role salience,and entrepreneurial role models that are embedded in the three different circles of"Individual-Family-Society".A mixed methods of NCA and fsQCA with 202 questionnaire data and 8-indepth case study is applied to uncover this complex mechanism.It was found that none of the three levels of conditions are necessary for enhancing entrepreneurship.Three validated paths were summarized,named as entrepreneurial ability driven path,family role driven path,and social role model driven path.It was found that each path has an equal effect on the entrepreneurship.The three perspectives of"If I can","If I want",and"If it is good"play an equally important role in driving individuals to enhance their entrepreneurship.The findings of this study would shed light on the mechanism of enhancing entrepreneurship and provide practical advice for entrepreneurs.
