A Study on the Mechanism of the Impact of"Organization Task Technology"Joint Scenarios on the Leadership of Police Data
The impact of digital technology had brought great changes to public security work.How the public security organs grasped the joint effect of organization,task and technical situation on police data leadership had become an important issue in the process of public security digital transformation.With the help of SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical software,an empirical analysis of 1025 police samples was empirically analyzed by hierarchical regression method.The results showed that distributed leadership had a significant positive impact on police data leadership,police self-efficacy and individual intrinsic motivation of police;Police self-efficacy and individual intrinsic motivation had significantly positive effects on police data leadership,and played a significant positive chain mediating role on the relationship between distributed leadership and police data leadership;Task complexity and technology involvement had positively moderated the positive correlation between distributed leadership,police self-efficacy and individual intrinsic motivation,and significantly moderated the mediating effect of police self-efficacy and individual intrinsic motivation.
