试论我国古代家庭安全管理思想——以《袁氏世范》为例

中国古代家庭面对的安全问题主要包括入室盗窃、强盗、诱拐儿童等犯罪和火灾、溺水等治安灾害事故.《袁氏世范》以宋代社会为背景讨论了家庭安全管理的理念和措施.宋代家庭应对安全问题的主要力量既包括家庭内部的子弟、婢仆等,还包括家庭外部的庄客(佃客)、邻里等.家庭安全管理在理念上坚持预防为主、保全为先,在措施上采取邻里联防、综合施策.《袁氏世范》中的家庭安全管理思想经过了时代的检验,对当前的家庭和社区安全管理具有极强的借鉴价值.
Abstract
The safety issues faced by ancient Chinese families mainly included crimes such as burglary,robbery and child abduction,as well as public security accidents such as fires and drowning."Yuan Shi Shi Fan"discussed the concept and measures of family safety management in the context of Song Dynasty society.The main forces in the Song Dynasty'family response to issues included not only the children and servants within the family,but also the tenant famers and neighbors outside the family.Family safety management adheres to the principle of prevention first,preservation first,and adopts the measures of neighborhood joint prevention and comprehensive measures.The family safety management philosophy of"Yuan Shi Shi Fan"has been tested by the times and has important reference significance for the current community safety management in China.
