Rebuilding the Disciplinary System of Investigation
There has been no consensus in the academic community regarding the investigation discipline system,which serves as the cornerstone of investigation,looking at the development process of the discipline of investigation,issues such as confusion in content,ambiguous logical relationship and unclear categories existed Therefore,the disciplinary system of investigation should be reconstructed from the above three aspects.Firstly,establish the elements of the disciplinary system of investigative studies,including the theoretical foundation,basic theory,applied theory,and operational aspects of investigative studies.Secondly,explore the fundamental theories of investigative studies,including the ontology of investigation,epistemology,methodology and value theory.Thirdly,scientifically classify the theories of investigation blind spots,deadlocks,errors,situations,and investigation powers,Finally,clarity the connotation of the application theory of investigative studies,so that the knowledge of investigative studies can be placed in their respective positions,with a clear system,and thus demonstrate the purposefulness,orderliness,hierarchy,and self-organization of the disciplinary system.
