This research determined the physical and chemical properties of 10 holstein cow in lactation 0～44 h.The results showed that the relative density,acidity,pH,viscosity,ash content,protein content and IgG content were lowering and the extension of lactation time and Lactose content were rising with the lengenth of Lactation time.The change of bovine coloctrum's physicochemical property were more evident in lactation 24h than other time.
