Research advances on processing technology of probiotic dairy products
This paper mainly reviewed the research progress and technology outlook on the probiotics used in a variety of dairy products,such as fermented milk,cheese,dairy beverage,ice-cream and dried products,with a view to provide references for the further research and development of probiotic dairy products.
