摘要

为量化中空纤维素膜和卷式有机膜分离羊乳中酪蛋白和乳清蛋白的能力,在相同的操作压力和料液温度下,从渗透液的感官、SDS-PAGE定性、凯氏定氮的定量和膜通量等几个方面对2种膜的分离效果进行了较系统的比较分析.研究表明750 ku空纤维膜羊乳酪蛋白脱除率为98.8%,乳清蛋白脱除率为82.7%;0.1 μm卷式有机膜中羊乳酪蛋白脱除率为99.6%,乳清蛋白脱除率为82.7%.过滤后0.1 μm卷式有机膜纯水通量衰减系数(39.7%)小于750 ku中空纤维膜(63.7%),前者清洗后纯水通量恢复系数(88.5%)更高,说明卷式有机膜污染慢,易清洗.结果表明,0.1 µm卷式有机膜可以有效地分离羊乳中酪蛋白和乳清蛋白,可在工业中大量应用.

Abstract

To quantify the ability of hollow cellulose membranes and rolled organic membranes to separate casein and whey proteins from goat milk,a more systematic comparative analysis of the separation effects of the two membranes was conducted in terms of permeate sensory,SDS-PAGE characterization,Kjeldahl quantification,and membrane flux at the same operating pressure and feed liquid temperature.The study showed that the removal rate of goat milk casein from 750 ku hollow fiber membrane was 98.8%and the removal rate of clear protein was 82.7%;the re-moval rate of goat milk casein from 0.1 μm rolled organic membrane was 99.6%and the removal rate of clear protein was 82.7%.The decay coef-ficient of pure water flux of 0.1 μm rolled organic membrane after filtration(39.7%)was smaller than that of 750 ku hollow fiber membrane(63.7%),and the recovery coefficient of pure water flux after cleaning(88.5%)was higher in the former,indicating that the rolled organic mem-brane is slow to contaminate and easy to clean.The results suggest that 0.1 μm rolled organic membranes can effectively separate casein and whey proteins from goat milk and can be used in large quantities in industry.
