儿童液态配方奶对学龄前儿童视健康及生长发育的影响

摘要
3～7岁是儿童生长发育关键期,强化多种维生素、矿物质和功能原料的儿童液态配方奶对改善该阶段儿童微量营养素缺乏及生长发育等相关问题具有重要的作用.本研究采用随机双盲对照临床实验的方法,验证液态配方奶和普通纯牛奶对学龄前儿童视健康及生长发育的影响.结果显示,与普通纯牛奶相比,营养素强化的液态配方奶能够更加显著地提升学龄前儿童的血清维生素A及血清维生素D水平,提高学龄前儿童双眼电脑验光球镜的正值,儿童液态配方奶与普通纯牛奶均能显著改善学龄前儿童的双眼裸眼视力及右眼电脑验光柱镜值,显著提高学龄前儿童的体脂百分比和骨超声传导速度.
Abstract
3～7 years old is the critical period of children's growth and development.Liquid formula milk for children fortified with multiple vita-mins,minerals and functional raw materials plays an important role in improving micronutrient deficiency and growth of children at this stage.In this study,a randomized double-blind controlled clinical experiment was conducted to verify the effects of liquid formula milk and ordinary pure milk on the visual health and growth of preschool children.The results showed that compared with ordinary pure milk,the nutrient fortified liquid formula milk could significantly improve the serum vitamin A and vitamin D levels of preschool children,and increase the positive value of com-puter optometry of both eyes of preschool children.Both liquid formula milk and ordinary pure milk can significantly improve the binocular visual acuity and the right eye computer optometry column value of preschool children,and significantly improve the body fat percentage and bone ul-trasound conduction velocity of preschool children.
