On the basis of the previous research, the biological information and key target proteins of horse milk-derived active peptides with known amino acid composition were analysed and molecularly docked by online software to explore the anti-lung cancer targets of horse milk-derived active peptides. The results showed that the active peptides derived from horse milk were unstable, positively charged hydrophilic polypeptides, with no transmembrane regions and signal peptides,no glycosylation and phosphorylation sites of extramembrane polypeptides, and the secondary structure was mainly irregular curling, and the core targets related to lung cancer, namely CTNNB1,FGFR2,FOXF1,KRAS,NKX2-1 and TGFBR2,had good binding affinity, which laid a foundation for in-depth study of the biological functions of horse milk-derived active peptides.
