文章建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对婴幼儿配方奶粉中总碘、钾、钙、钠、镁、铜、锰、铁、锌9种元素含量进行同时检测.采用水-硝酸-过氧化氢系统微波消解奶粉样品,加入10 mL 25%四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)提取,ICP-MS定量检测.结果表明奶粉中9种元素在线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率为85.7%~107.0%,相对标准偏差为0.06%~4.69%.并利用此方法对市售7种婴配奶粉中9种元素进行同时检测,与国家标准方法进行比较,相对误差均小于10%,且对结果进行统计分析,分析得9种元素的P值均大于0.05,检测结果无统计学差异,表明本方法可适用于婴幼儿奶粉中多元素含量的同时测定.此方法简单快速,且准确度高、检出限低、灵敏度高、精密度高,适用于婴幼儿配方奶粉中总碘、钾、钙、钠、镁、铜、锰、铁、锌9种元素含量的同时检测.
Determination of nine elements in infant formula milk powdered by ICP-MS with microwave digestion
The method of determination of total iodine,potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium,copper,manganese,iron and zinc in infant formula milk power was established by ICP-MS with microwave digestion.Infant formula milk powder samples were digested by microwave in water-nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide system,extractedby 5%tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH),and quantitatively detected by ICP-MS.The linear cor-relation coefficient R of each element curve is greater than 0.999.The recovery of added standard is from 85.7%to 107%,and the relative standard devia-tions(RSD)is between 0.06%and 4.69%.This method is used to detect simultaneously 9 elements in 7 kinds of market milk powder.Compared with the national standard method,the standard deviation less than 10%.And statistical analysis was conducted on the results,and it was found that the P-values of the nine elements were all greater than 0.05,indicating no significant difference in the detection results.This method has high accuracy,low detection limit,high sensitivity and high precision.It is suitable for simultaneous determination of total iodine,potassium,calcium,sodium,magnesium,copper,manganese,iron and zinc in infant formula milk.
