Investigation analysis of pollution of chlorate and perchlorate in infant formula
Investigation analysis of pollution of chlorate and perchlorate in infant formula.Quantitative determination by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS-MS)and isotope internal standard,and analysis to the results.The detection rate of chlo-rate in infant formula was 49.8％,and the detection rate of perchlorate was 34.4％.The detection rate of chlorate was higher than that of perchlo-rate.The average exposure of chlorate and perchlorate in infant formula decreased with the increase of stage.The proportion of chlorate content of infant formula on the stage 1 and 2 exceeding limited value were both more than 10％,and the proportion of chlorate content of infant formula on the stage 3 exceeding limited value was less than 10％.The proportion of perchlorate content of infant formula on different stages exceeding limited value were all less than 10％.The proportion of chlorate content of infant formula on goat milk-based exceeding limited value was 22.1％,and the perchlorate content exceeding limited value was 23.2％.For infants of 0-12 months,the health risk of chlorate intake should be paid more atten-tion.The risk of perchlorate pollution was relatively low.But the chlorate and perchlorate pollution of infant formula on goat milk-based was more serious,which should be paid more attention.
