In this study,an analytical method for determining the proportion of trans fatty acids to total fatty acids in infant formula powder by gas chromatography was established.The sample was methylated by acetylchlorine-methanol method,centrifuged,and the supernatant was separated by capillary column chromatography,then detected by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector,and quantified by area normal-ization method.The results showed that under the optimized chromatographic conditions,the test method was verified by using actual samples.The 12 batches of infant formula powder samples were tested six times in parallel,with a relative standard deviation of 1.95％-5.13％.The actual sample determination results meet the requirements of relevant standards.The method is accurate,reproducible and easy to operate.It is suitable for the determination of the proportion of trans fatty acids to total fatty acids in infant formula powder.
