Analysis of sources of perchlorate pollution in sheep dairy products
Collect the levels of perchlorate pollution in milk, forage, feed, and silage of dairy goats, further explore the relationship between per-chlorate in sheep feed and perchlorate in sheep milk, and determine the source of perchlorate pollution in dairy products by measuring different va-rieties of dairy products.A total of 371 sheep forage and teat samples were tested, and 153 dairy products were tested by HPLC/MS tandem mass spectrometry and the data were statistically analyzed. The perchlorate content in forage was the highest, and the perchlorate content in different va-rieties of forage was different.CORREL function correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of perchlorate in forage and goat milk was 0.51.The single factor ANOVA of Tamhani showed that there were significant differences among different types of dairy products. There is a positive correlation between forage and medium strength of perchlorate in goat milk.Forage may be the main source of perchlorate in goat milk. The forage with high accumulation included rape shell, peanut vine, creeper and alfalfa. There are significant differences among different types of dairy products.
