摘要
文章阐述了乳糖不耐受及其治疗方法等相关问题,具体介绍了益生菌和益生元在缓解乳糖不耐受症状中的主要作用机制和临床治疗效果,并基于益生菌和益生元的作用优势,为研发缓解乳糖不耐受的健康替代品提出合理建议.旨在探讨益生菌和益生元在缓解乳糖不耐受症状中的作用及应用,为研发相关产品提供理论依据和方向指引.
Abstract
This paper described the issues related to lactose intolerance and its treatments,specifically introduces the main mechanism of action and clinical therapeutic effects of probiotics and prebiotics in alleviating the symptoms of lactose intolerance,and based on the advantages of the action of probiotics and prebiotics,it proposes a reasonable proposal for the research and development of healthy substitutes for the alleviation of lactose intolerance.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the role and application of probiotics and prebiotics in alleviating lactose intolerance symptoms,and to provide a theoretical basis and development direction for the development of related products.
