Research progress on detection of reconstituted milk
In recent years,the sales of dairy products in China has steadily increased,and domestic milk production has grown rapidly,but raw milk is still in short supply,and reconstituted milk still exists.Strict regulation of reconstituted milk is important to improve the quality of milk and dairy products in China.This review summarized the important detection methods of reconstituted milk,mainly include the following parts:chromatog-raphy,liquid chromagraphy-mass spectrometry,spectroscopy and other detection methods,and discussd the basic principles,advantages and disad-vantages of these methods,limit of detection,in order to provide a reference for the selection of detection methods for reconsituted milk.
