摘要
乳脂肪球膜(MFGM)含有多种功能性蛋白和极性脂质,对人体健康可以产生重要的积极影响,如减少肠道疾病、有助于大脑发育、提高免疫、调节代谢、改善身体机能和运动能力等.文章按照婴幼儿、儿童、成人、老年人4个年龄段人群,综述了 MFGM在不同人群中生理作用的临床研究及安全性评价,旨在为MFGM的相关研究及其产品的开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Milk fat globule membrane(MFGM)contains a variety of functional proteins and polar lipids,which can have important positive effects on human health.Such as reducing intestinal diseases,contributing to brain development,improving immunity,regulating metabolism,strength-ening muscle and exercise capacity,etc.This article reviewed the clinical studies and safety evaluation of MFGM in four age groups,including in-fants,children,adults,and the elderly.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for the research of MFGM and the development of MFGM products.
