In order to provide reference for the research and industrialization of goat/sheep milk,the article reviews the research situation of goat/sheep milk at home and abroad based on bibliometrics and VOSviewer visualization analysis.The micro nutritional metabolism characteristics,im-proved product properties,optimized processing technology,increased production efficiency,innovative product forms,improved nutritional quality and health attributes,rapid and accurate determination,improved"quality","quantity"and safety,and the application in the medical field of goat/sheep milk are all worthy of in-depth research.
