Research progress on dairy safety control traceability technology
In order to guarantee the quality and safety of dairy products,efficient dairy safety traceability technology has been developed in recent years,and the article introduces the current status of dairy safety traceability technology,analyzes the possible risks and dairy adulteration problems in the collection and processing of raw milk,and describes the domestic and international examples of radio frequency identification(RFID)and electronic product code technology,fingerprint technology and area chain technology and their traceability in dairy safety,which provides ideas for dairy safety traceability problems,facilitates timely tracing of the source when problems occur,and promotes the steady development of the dairy industry.
