Study on the effect of compound probiotics on improving immunosuppression
A The paper was conducted on Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-06,Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.Lactis XLTG11,Lactobacillus casei Glory LC18,and Lactobacillus rhamnosus Glory LG12 in a ratio of 40∶20∶20∶9,using oligofructose and maltodextrin as the matrix,to prepare a composite probiotic powder to improve the immunosuppressive effect in mice.Immunosuppression was studied by injection of cyclophosphamide for modeling with three gradients(1 ×106,1×107,1 ×108 CFU/pc),and body weight, immune organ index, cellular immunity, humoral immunity, and nonspecific immunity were measured. The results showed that body weight gain, thymus index, spleen index,foot-plantar thickness, antibody accumulation,NK cell activity, and phagocytosis index of mice in the compound probiotic group were increased by 62%,65%,13%,30%,26%,40%,and 25%,respectively,compared with the model group. It was inferred that the probiotic complex had a promotive effect on the immune function of mice.
