Spatial effect of digital technology enabling high-quality development of China's dairy industry
This paper constructed an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of dairy industry from five dimensions:industrial benefit,main income,production efficiency,quality and safety,and ecological environment,and empirically tested the high-quality development and spatial effects of digital technology enabling dairy industry in 31 provinces in China from 2014 to 2020.The results showed that there were sig-nificant differences in the level of high-quality development of the dairy industry in China.The level of high-quality development of the dairy in-dustry in Shanghai,Hubei and Hainan was high,while that in Tianjin,Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Jiangsu,Anhui and Guizhou was rapid,while that in Guangdong,Xizang and Fujian was relatively low;Digital technology could significantly promote the high-quality development of dairy industry.Among them,the promotion effects of digital technology informatization and interconnection were 0.979 3 and 8.637 9 respectively;Digital tech-nology could significantly promote industrial structure optimization,development momentum cultivation,production efficiency improvement,e-cological environment and social welfare improvement of dairy industry;The promotion effect of digital technology on the high-quality develop-ment of dairy industry showed an"inverted U"shape,the impact of digital technology on the high-quality development of dairy industry de-creased first and then increased with the improvement of the high-quality development level of dairy industry;Digital technology enabling high-quality development of dairy industry had obvious spatial spillover effect.The direct effect,indirect effect and total effect were 15.31%,21.86%and 37.17%,respectively.Based on the above conclusions,the paper put forward some suggestions on digital technology to promote the high-quality development of dairy industry.
