Rapid determination of 41 sulfonamides and quinolones antibiotics in liquid milk by QuEChERS purification and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry with Scheduled MRM mode
In this study,a method was developed for the rapid detection of 41 sulfonamides and quinolones in liquid milk by ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)using C18 powder purification.Sulfonamidesand and quinolones were extracted from milk with 2%formic acid acetonitrile,followed by centrifuging,purifying and diluting,at last,the sample was anal-ysed with UPLC-MS/MS on Scheduled MRM mode,quantitative by matrix matching standard curve.The results showed that 41 sulfonamides and quinolones had good linearity in the detection range,and the correlation coefficient of each compound r≥0.998.The average recovery of the method was in the range of 78%-116%,with the relative standard deviation of 0.5%-9.9%.The limits of detection range were 0.05-0.20 μg/kg,limits of quantification range were 0.15-0.60 μg/kg.The method had the characteristics of easy operation,fast speed,high accuracy,good repeata-bility,high sensitivity and low cost.It is suitable for the rapid detection of 41 sulfonamides and quinolones in liquid milk.
