巴尔通体感染现状及其影响因素

摘要
巴尔通体病是由巴尔通体感染引起的人兽共患传染病,啮齿动物和吸血节肢动物是其主要宿主动物和传播媒介.近年来随着人们生活方式的改变以及原生环境的不断开发,人类感染巴尔通体的风险显著增加,人患巴尔通体病的数量逐年上升且范围不断扩大.为了更有效地防控巴尔通体病,对巴尔通体感染现状进行概述,并分析相应生物、自然和社会因素对感染发生的影响,提出针对性建议,起到巴尔通体病防控关口前移的作用.
Abstract
Bartonellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Bartonella spp.Rodents and blood-feeding arthropods are the main host animals and vectors.In recent years,with changes in people's lifestyles and environmental development,the risk of human infection with Bartonella has significantly increased.The number and range of bartonellosis infections are increasing each year.To prevent and control bartonellosis more effectively,this study summarizes the current status of Bartonella spp.infection;analyzes the influences of biological,natural,and social factors on the occurrence of infection;and provides targeted suggestions to advance bartonellosis prevention and control.
