Study on Influence of Time Leadership on Employees'Deviant Innovation
As an important supplement to conventional innovation methods,deviant innovation is becoming increasingly common in organizations.However,there is still a lack of sufficient understanding of what factors will promote or inhibit employees'deviant innovation.This paper,based on the theory of emotional events,uses harmonious passion and forced passion as the mediating variables,and pluralistic-single time perspective tendency as the moderating variable,to explore how time leadership influences employees'deviant innovation.The research results show that harmonious passion and forced passion play a mediating role in the influence of time leadership on employees'deviant innovation;pluralistic-single time perspective tendency has a positive moderating effect between time leadership and harmonious passion,and a negative moderating effect between time leadership and forced passion.
