Construction of Employment Quality Evaluation Indicator System for University and College Graduates in New EraTaking Hunan Province as Example
The connotation of employment quality of college graduates includes objective factors such as salary and benefits,working hours,working environment,development prospect,as well as subjective factors such as satisfaction of government,universities and colleges,employers,graduates,and students'parents.It is an organic unity that serves national strategies,integrates with local development,and realizes its own value.At present,studies on employment quality at home and abroad are basically consistent in the definition of concept.However,there are differences in the evaluation dimensions and specific indicators.This paper summarizes the concept of employment quality both at home and abroad,and conducts an in-depth comparative study on the employment quality evaluation indicator systems developed by domestic and foreign researchers.For the group of university and college graduates in Hunan Province,combined with the industrial development situation in Hunan Province,the evaluation indicator hierarchy is clarified,the main evaluation indicators are selected,an analytical model is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the weights of the indicators are determined.Finally,starting from the five dimensions of government,universities and colleges,employers,society,and students,an employment quality evaluation indicator system for university and college graduates in Hunan Province that covers 2 primary indicators,6 secondary indicators,and 28 tertiary indicators is constructed.
