我国数字文化产业人才培养路径研究

充足的产业人才储备是我国实施文化产业数字化战略,推动数字文化产业高质量发展的关键要素.数字文化产业的产业链跨度较大、流程较多,包含创作、生产、传播和消费等环节,每个环节对于人才技能与素质的要求不同,对人才的需求呈现出全方面、多领域的特点.当前我国的数字文化产业人才培养工作已取得了一些成效,但还存在人才技能与企业需求匹配度较低、缺乏人才标准体系、区域间人才培养不平衡等亟待解决的问题.在人才培养工作中,政府、企业、学校、社会大众及各类人才应协同共进,完善人才培养、流动、激励机制,多方合力推进数字文化产业的提质升级.
Study on Talent Cultivation Path in China's Digital Culture Industry
Adequate industrial talent reserves are a key element for China to implement the digital strategy of the cultural industry and promote the high-quality development of the digital cultural industry.The industrial chain of digital culture industry has a wide span and multiple processes,including creation,production,dissemination,and consumption.Each link also has different requirements for talent quality,and the demand for talent presents a comprehensive and multi-domain characteristic.The current talent cultivation work in China's digital culture industry has achieved some results,but there are still urgent problems that need to be solved,such as low matching of talent skills with enterprise needs,lack of talent standard system,and unbalanced talent cultivation among regions.In talent cultivation work,the government,enterprises,schools,the general public,and various types of talents should work together to improve talent cultivation,mobility and incentive mechanisms,and promote the upgrading of the digital culture industry through the joint efforts of multiple parties.
