Since the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the Party has continuously adjusted,optimized,and improved its policy of valuing intellectual work.By doing a good job in intellectual work,it has maximized the cohesion of intellectuals around the Party,in order to achieve the tasks and goals of various historical stages and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In work practice,basic experience has been formed,such as adhering to the principle of the Party managing talents,improving intellectual management policies,and strengthening the education and training of non-Party intellectuals.The first is to attach great importance to intellectual work and regard it as a fundamental and strategic task.The second is to fully leverage the advantages and effectiveness of the united front system,and gather talents from all over the world for use.The third is to implement the basic policies for intellectual work and fully tap into the wisdom and strength of non-Party intellectuals.
