Construction of Competency Model for Human Resource Managers in the Context of Digital Transformation
In the era of digital economy,the application of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,blockchain,cloud computing,and big data has put forward new requirements for human resource managers.This paper constructs a competency model based on network text analysis and typical case analysis,which includes 27 items of 4 factors including professional knowledge,vocational skills,general abilities,and personal traits.Among them,competency features such as data analysis ability,cloud platform and big data operation management skills,rapid learning ability,and scene migration ability reflect the new requirements for human resource managers in the context of digital transformation.To carry out digital transformation,enterprises should attach importance to the configuration and training of human resource managers in digital practice,establish talent profiles and evaluation criteria through new competency models,and improve the efficiency of the human resource department through the use of big data technology.
