Difference and Compartmental Iization bewen Professional Technical Occupations and Skill-based Occupations and theirs Starclacol Development
Professional technical personnel and skilled personnel are two related categories of occupational classification,but in the classification process,how to classify some"cross-border"occupations is related to the development of subsequent occupational standards,talent team construction,skill level evaluation(or professional technical level assessment),and requires in-depth research.This paper,based on combing of the functional role of occupational classification and the background of the revision of the Occupational Classification Code of the People's Republic of China(2022),by tracing the revision process of the Occupational Classification Code of the People's Republic of China(2022),condenses out the basis for scientifically dividing professional technical occupations and skill-based occupations,and attempts to establish a standard discourse system for determining the expression of two types of occupations and the description of professional technical or skill levels,so as to provide a basis for the integration and continuous development of the careers of the two types of personnel,and provide a theoretical basis for improving China's modern occupational classification and occupational standard system.
