The professional title evaluation system for digital technology engineering technicians plays an important guiding role in promoting the construction of the digital technology talent team.In the practical exploration of adding digital professional titles in various regions,big data,as a fundamental field,is the key focus of experimentation.This paper takes the construction of the professional title evaluation system for big data engineering technology talents as an example,constructs a theoretical analysis model for the basis of professional title setting,sorts out and analyzes the basis of professional title setting for big data engineering technology talents based on this model,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction of the professional title evaluation system for digital technology engineering technicians in future.
