Higher vocational college teachers,as the dominant players of teaching activities,play an important role in the higher vocational education and training system.By assessing the teaching performance of teachers,their actual and potential value can be evaluated,thus stimulating their subjective initiative and innovation.Studying the influencing factors from the perspective of teaching symbiosis in classroom teaching is of great practical significance.It can promote the improvement of classroom quality,enhance the quality of technical and skilled talent cultivation,enhance the comprehensive level of teachers,and achieve the goal of teaching performance evaluation of teachers.Based on three consecutive semesters of panel data from the SPOC platform of a certain higher vocational college,the Ordered Probit model is used for estimation,and the binary selection model is used for robustness testing.The results show that variables such as teacher's learning ability,course scores for measuring student learning effectiveness,task completion,and homework average all significantly influence teaching performance,and there are significant differences in the teaching design aspect of teaching performance evaluation of teachers.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should establish the concept of coexistence and co-expression,and incorporate measuring student learning outcomes as a core element into the evaluation system of higher vocational colleges.At the same time,it is necessary to establish a database to record influencing factors and explore value-added evaluation methods and systems,so as to spirally improve the level of teaching performance evaluation.
