Youth's job seeking ability training camp is a public employment service program tailored for young people aged 16-35.In response to the problems of weak employment willingness,unclear employment goals and weak employment ability among some young people,Beijing has taken the lead in Tongzhou District and Changping District to explore the organization of youth's job seeking ability training camps.The training camps cover stimulating employment motivations and potentials,clarifying professional characteristics and abilities,conducting career interviews and enterprise visits,organizing job seeking roadshows and on-site recruitment,etc.Through 4-5 days of interactive teaching and immersive experience,using group guidance and individual guidance methods,by means of"self-help,help from others,mutual help",the youth's job seeking ability has been improved,so as to help them prepare for employment,and ultimately achieve successful market-oriented employment.A total of 60 students were recruited to participate in the two training camps for free.Except for those who took the civil service examination,civil service examination,and postgraduate entrance examination,a total of 52 students participated in the on-site recruitment bilateral selection meeting of the training camp,and all of them reached preliminary employment intentions with the recruiting unit.Six months after the end of the training camps,the social security data query results show that 40 students have successfully achieved market-oriented employment,with an employment rate of nearly 77%.
