Influence of Inclusive Climate on Constructive Challenging Behavior of Primary-level Officials
Constructive challenge behavior of primary-level officials is of great significance for promoting the innovative development of primary-level units in the new era.Based on the Social Identity Theory,this paper explores the formation mechanism of constructive challenge behavior of primary-level officials from the perspective of inclusive atmosphere.A four-band questionnaire survey was conducted with primary-level officials as objects.Statistical analysis results show that an inclusive atmosphere has a significant positive influence on the constructive challenge behavior of primary-level officials;insider identity perception plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between inclusive atmosphere and constructive challenge behavior;role breadth self-efficacy positively moderates the relationship between insider identity perception and active challenge behavior.As shown by the research,to stimulate the constructive challenge behavior of primary-level officials,the point is create an inclusive atmosphere in primary-level units,enhance insider identity perception,broaden role breadth self-efficacy.
