Recognizing the reality of asymmetric recruitment information in the human resource market and implementing effective regulations are necessary measures to reduce search and matching costs,minimize job market friction,and achieve precise employment.This paper"reversely"examines the recruitment information compilation of employers and the information release behavior of human resource service agencies,sorts out and constructs an institutional framework for recruitment review in the human resources market,and proposes a path and countermeasures for regulating recruitment information based on mechanism design and signal transmission theory.This paper believes that legally reviewing the recruitment qualifications and information of employers is an important path for labor market information screening and signal correction.In order to ensure the authenticity,legality,effectiveness and standardization of recruitment information,it is suggested to build a real name system traceability information chain for the preparation and release of recruitment information,unify the recruitment information structure and required fields,strengthen management to curb the foam of recruitment information,equip professional recruitment reviewers,and formulate national standards for recruitment review.
