外文摘要：New quality productive forces is the productivity that takes scientific and technological innovation as the core drive,takes strategic emerging industries and future industries as the main field,and promotes high-quality development and Chinese path to modernization.Talents are an important source of intelligence for new quality productive forces,and employment guidance in colleges and universities is an important part of talent cultivation.The two are coupled in reality and theory.Through strategic innovation serving the new quality productive forces,the employment guidance system of colleges and universities should cultivate employment concepts that meet the needs of the times,train employment competitiveness that adapts to the new quality productive forces,build a sustainable employment ecology,and promote full employment for college and university students.
