Eveteransicemen are an important force in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and a fresh force in promoting Chinese path to modernization in the new era.Although the policy service system for independent employment and entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly sound,and eveteransicemen have good abilities and qualities,they still face problems such as reduced market demand,structural contradictions in employment,and bottlenecks in their own job seeking and entrepreneurship processes.To promote high-quality employment and entrepreneurship of eveteransicemen,we should expand employment channels,strengthen skill training,guide employment concepts,optimize supply and demand docking,improve entrepreneurial support,and help them better integrate into social development.
