摘要
产业工人是工人阶级中发挥支撑作用的主体力量,造就一支有理想守信念、懂技术会创新、敢担当讲奉献的产业工人队伍势在必行.据统计,第一产业劳动者在逐步向第二、第三产业转移,我国产业工人集中在第二产业.通过对 467 位产业工人的问卷调查发现,产业工人队伍建设存在整体素质有待提升、高技能产业工人短缺、职业技能培训不足、产业工人权益保障和成长环境有待优化等问题,需从加强思想政治引领、加大投入与支持力度、健全产业工人培训制度、改善产业工人成长环境、完善产业工人保障体系、提高产业工人工作满意度等方面,进一步提升产业工人队伍建设的质量和水平.
Abstract
Industrial workers are the main force that plays a supportive role in the working class,and it is imperative to cultivate a grand team of industrial workers who have ideals,beliefs,knowledge of technology,innovation,and are willing to take on responsibilities and make contributions.According to statistics,workers in the primary industry are gradually shifting to the secondary and tertiary industries,and industrial workers in China are concentrated in the secondary industry.Through a questionnaire survey of 467 industrial workers,it is found that there are problems in the construction of the industrial worker team,such as the need to improve the overall quality,the shortage of high skilled industrial workers,insufficient vocational skills training,and the need to optimize the protection of industrial workers'rights and growth environment.It is necessary to further improve the quality and level of the construction of the industrial worker team from the aspects of strengthening ideological and political guidance,increasing investment and support,improving the training system for industrial workers,improving the growth environment for industrial workers,perfecting the protection system for industrial workers,and increasing job satisfaction of industrial workers.
