Properly resettling veterans is of great significance to strengthening national defense and military construction,maintaining political and social stability,promoting economic and social development,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The design of a system for resettling veterans in the new era should follow the four-fold logic of history,international situation,theory and practice.The logic of history indicates that the system for resettling veterans in each stage has the characteristics of the times and practical needs;the logic of international situation emphasizes the combination of international experience and Chinese characteristics;the logic of theory is based on the hierarchy-of-needs theory,welfare supply theory,and human resource theory;the logic of practice requires the construction of a diverse subject structure,a multi-dimensional power structure,and a multi-link joint implementation path.
