Pattern Representation of,Generation Dilemmas in and Solutions to"Job Burnout"among Community-level Officials
A high-quality community-level official team is a key element in the transformation of national governance and the construction of a service-oriented government.As the micro units of the administrative system and the service personnel for the masses,community-level officials are constantly advancing the reform of government services,which poses new challenges to their abilities and qualities.However,at present,some community-level officials face dilemmas in fulfilling their duties,such as fatigue,instrumentalization,and avoidance of responsibility.Based on the theory of job burnout,this paper depicts the realistic representation of job burnout among community-level officials from three dimensions:emotion,attitude and behavior,analyzes the causes of job burnout among community-level officials from three aspects:role,incentive and responsibility,and explores the solutions to job burnout among community-level officials from three levels:support,system and action,for the purpose of providing useful ideas and practical support for the construction of the official team and motivating community-level officials to fulfill their responsibilities.
