Outstanding innovative talents refer to high-level innovative talents with excellent qualities,outstanding creativity,and breakthrough and leading contributions.They have five characteristics:field differentiation,quality excellence,outstanding comprehensiveness,abundant resources,and breakthrough leadership.Firstly,the growth of outstanding innovative talents is a process of realizing the accumulation of advantages through mutual interaction between excellent internal qualities and a favorable external environment;secondly,it is a process of realizing the pursuit of lofty ideals and important values;thirdly,it is a process of realizing original innovation under the guidance of renowned teachers;finally,it is a process of dynamically matching individuals with the environment.According to the characteristics and growth patterns of outstanding innovative talents,the cultivation of outstanding innovative talents can adopt strategies such as classified cultivation,dual-track cultivation,through-type cultivation,and scientific cultivation.
