Intellectual property talents are the first resource for the development of intellectual property,in order to better encourage the fundamental and strategic support role of professional and technical personnel of local intellectual property rapid collaborative protection agencies in serving innovative entities,this article sorts out and analyzes the current career development status of professional and technical personnel of over 100 domestic intellectual property rapid collaborative protection agencies.Research has found that professional and technical personnel of intellectual property rapid collaborative protection agencies face problems in their career development,such as unclear professional title promotion paths,knowledge structure to be optimized,weak research abilities,and mismatch between professional competence and business development needs.It is recommended that intellectual property rapid collaborative protection agencies guide various professional and technical personnel clarify their career development direction and choose multiple professional title promotion paths;Encourage and support personnel to learn by themselves and build a composite knowledge structure;Establish and improve scientific research management systems,continuously enhance personnel's scientific research capabilities;Utilize multi-channel platform resources to continuously enhance the professional abilities of personnel.
