人工智能的职场融入对员工工作表现的影响——基于技术接受模型的实证检验

随着机器学习与大数据的发展,人工智能在职场中的应用逐渐普及且影响深远.文章探讨了员工对人工智能的感知如何影响其对人工智能的态度,进而影响工作表现,并分析了任务挑战性在其中的调节作用.研究发现:员工对人工智能有用性和易用性的感知除了会直接正向影响工作绩效,还会通过正向影响员工对人工智能的态度,进而促进工作绩效的提升.此外,任务挑战性在员工对人工智能有用性、易用性感知与态度的关系之间存在倒U形调节作用.文章通过使用技术接受模型,探讨了员工对人工智能态度和工作绩效的正面效应和影响机制,提出管理者应促进员工对人工智能技术的理解,塑造其积极接纳的态度,并设计合理的工作任务以激发其利用人工智能的动力,达到提升工作绩效的结果.
Influence of Integrating Artificial Intelligence into Workplace on Employees'Job Performance—Based on Empirical Testing of Technology Acceptance Model
With the development of machine learning and big data,the application of artificial intelligence in the workplace is gradually becoming popular and has a profound influence.This paper explores how employees'perception of artificial intelligence influences their attitudes towards it,which in turn influences job performance,and analyzes the moderating role of task challenge in this process.As found by the research,employees'perception of the usefulness and ease of use of artificial intelligence not only directly and positively influences job performance,but also promotes the improvement of job performance by positively influencing employees'attitudes towards artificial intelligence.In addition,task challenge has an inverted U-shaped moderating effect on the relationship between employees'perception of the usefulness and ease of use of artificial intelligence and attitudes towards it.This paper explores the positive effects and influencing mechanisms of employees'attitudes towards artificial intelligence and job performance through the use of a technology acceptance model,and proposes that managers should promote employees'understanding of artificial intelligence technology,shape their positive acceptance attitude,and design reasonable work tasks to stimulate their motivation to use artificial intelligence,in order to achieve the goal of improving job performance.
