Study on the Necessity of Expanding the Acidity Index of Sterilized Milk
By collecting 15 batches of sterilized milk products from 3 dairy production enterprises in Shanxi Province,which are qualified and have different batch numbers,this study analyzed the impact of deviations in the detection of different brands of sterilized lactic acid in different laboratories on the judgment conclusions and the hidden dangers it brings to production enterprises.The reasonable limits of acidity indicators in milk were explored,Provide evidence for the revision of acidity in the National Food Safety Standard for Sterilized Milk(GB 25190-2010)and provide a basis for aligning with relevant international standards.
