数字化转型背景下乳品企业人工智能产品应用的法律风险及应对

摘要
在经济和科技不断发展的背景下,我国乳品企业数字化转型成为了一种新的发展趋势,特别是随着人工智能技术在最近几年的迅猛发展,不断有乳品企业将"乳业+AI"作为提升企业生产效能、增强商业能力的必要措施.人工智能这一新兴技术在给生产生活带来方便的同时也存在着一定的法律风险,为了确保我国乳品企业能够平稳发展,应研究人工智能技术可能带来的潜在风险并作出应对.
Abstract
With the development of economy and science and technology,the digital transformation of dairy enterprises in our country has become a new trend,especially with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years,dairy enterprises have been taking Dairy + AI as a necessary measure to improve their production efficiency and enhance their business capability.Artificial Intelligence,a new technology,brings convenience to production and life,but it also has some legal risks.In order to ensure the smooth development of dairy enterprises in our country,potential risks associated with AI technologies should be studied and addressed.
