摘要
规模化奶牛场标准化管理是必然趋势.优秀的奶牛场管理体系是持续发展、高效运行根本,可有效提高生产经济效益.本文讨论规模化奶牛场管理的关键框架,如月度绩效考核制度,"日例会、周计划、月经营分析"制度的建立;技术规程、激励办法的制定等.并进行奶牛场管理体系建立的思考和实践,实现奶牛场管理标准化和效益提升.
Abstract
The standardized management of large-scale pasture is the inevitable trend of the development.The excellent pasture management system is the basis of the sustainable development and efficient operation,which can effectively improve the production and economic benefits of the pasture.This paper discusseed the key framework of large-scale pasture management,such as the establishment of monthly performance appraisal system,the establishment of daily meeting,weekly plan,monthly operation analysis system,the formulation of technical regulations,the formulation of incentive methods,and the thinking and practice of the establishment of pasture management system,so as to realize the standardization of pasture management and the improvement of benefits.
