A Review of Nutritional Regulation Techniques to Increase Milk Protein Content of Dairy Cows in Large-scale Dairy Farms
High-quality raw milk is an important source of high-quality protein for the human body, and the key indicator for evaluating the quality of raw milk is its milk protein content. In order to meet the public's demand for fresh milk, the number of large-scale dairy farms is gradually increasing, but the problem also arises.Due to the large number of dairy cows, without scientific breeding and feeding management,it is very easy to lead to low milk protein content and lower quality, which is not conducive to the later processing and sale of milk and milk products. Therefore,it is crucial to improve the milk protein content in raw milk. This paper provided a comprehensive overview of the factors affecting the milk protein content of raw milk, and introduced measures to improve the milk protein content,in order to enhance the milk protein content of cows in large-scale dairy farms and promote the healthy development of the farming industry.
