Processing and Utilization Technology of Whole-plant Corn Silage for Dairy Cows
In order to improve the processing and utilization efficiency of whole plant corn silage,it is necessary to cultivate"three highs"silage corn varieties with high grain yield,high plant biomass yield,and high dry matter content based on local climate conditions and good introduction experiments.Observe the position of corn milk line,control the optimal cutting time,and strictly control the"three degree"treatment method of stubble height,cutting length,and grain fragmentation.Achieve the"three fast"silage technology of fast loading and storage,fast filling and compaction,and fast sealing and pressing.After opening the cellar,scientific utilization is carried out to achieve on-demand material collection,smooth material collection,and disposal of moldy materials.Only by controlling each key technical link well can we improve the quality of whole plant corn silage,ensure the health of cattle,and improve breeding efficiency.
