摘要
益生菌发酵乳是益生菌的重要载体.近10年,随着研究的深入,对益生菌发酵乳认识取得重大进展,尤其是对益生菌发酵乳对机体健康促进作用机理逐渐清晰.本文阐述益生菌发酵乳对便秘的缓解作用、对免疫系统的增强作用以及对神经系统的调节作用,并展望了益生菌发酵乳产业的未来发展.
Abstract
Probiotic fermented milk is an important carrier of probiotics.In recent years,with the application of advanced research methods and the deepening of research contents,great progress has been made in the understanding of probiotic fermented milk,especially the mechanism of probiotic fermented milk's promoting effect on body health is gradually clear.In this paper,the effects of probiotics fermented milk on relieving constipation,enhancing immune system and regulating nervous system were described.
