乳业产业链的优化与完善是乳品企业提高产品与销售质量的核心驱动因素.目前,我国乳业仍存在产业链衔接性不足、消费需求有待提升等痛点.为解决上述问题,本文以君乐宝乳业集团(简称"君乐宝")为例,就其乳业产业链发展现状、全产业链质量管理经验进行深入分析,并依据其全面质量管理经验归纳出乳业产业链优化路径,以期为我国乳业全产业链一体化向深发展,提升乳品企业产品、销售质量、完善面向乳业产业链的全面质量监管方式提供参考.
Abstract
The optimization and perfection of the dairy industry chain are the core driving factors for dairy companies to improve product and sales quality.Currently,there are still pain points in China's dairy industry,such as insufficient connectivity in the industry chain and consumer demand that needs to be enhanced.To address these issues,this paper took Junlebao as a case study,conducting an in-depth analysis of its current development status in the dairy industry chain and its experience in total quality management across the entire chain.Based on Junlebao's comprehensive quality management experience,the paper summarized an optimization path for the dairy industry chain,with the aim of providing a reference for the deep development of the integrated whole industry chain in China's dairy sector,improving the product and sales quality of dairy companies,and perfecting the comprehensive quality supervision methods oriented towards the dairy industry chain.
