信息技术迅猛进步,人们在电子数据快速传输环境中放入个人隐私日益暴露,如"透明人".随之而来的是,网络隐私权问题逐渐成为公众和学术界关注焦点.如今大量网站通过各种手段获取公众个人隐私数据,公民个人信息面临非法使用风险.在此背景下,本文以乳品企业为例旨在深入探讨我国在网络环境中对个人隐私权益的法律保护问题,以期提升网络时代公民隐私权的法律保护水平.
Abstract
With the rapid progress of information technology,people's personal privacy in the environment of rapid transmission of electronic data is increasingly exposed,just like"ransparent people".Subsequently,the issue of network privacy has gradually become the focus of public and academic attention.Nowadays,a large number of websites obtain the public's personal privacy data by various means,and citizens'personal information is at risk of illegal use.In this context,in order to fully protect the privacy rights of citizens in the network era,this paper took Dairy company as an entry point to explore the perfection of China's network privacy protection system.
